I don't even really understand how I could access my repository in the command line. I think Im reproducing this issue with difflfs files. However, I have never used Git in the Windows command line before and I don't know where to start. GitHub Desktop still merges the pointers of the LFS file: GitHub Desktop incorrectly merging LFS pointer together and marking conflicts as fixed. I think that it would work if I could push each commit individually (there are 5 un-pushed commits in total), however as I understand based on my Google search, it is not possible to push individual commits in Github Desktop. I use Github Desktop to manage my Git projects and am super happy with it.
